As I mentioned at the last meeting, this month we'll have an informal munch rather than a presentation. We have a new venue: the San Francisco Brewing Company, a charming little microbrewery in the North Beach. They're fairly close to downtown.
Despite being a bar, the venue is open to people under 21 until 9:30 p.m. (Around then we'll decamp for dessert.)
RSVP: None required.
Date: Tuesday, May 23, 2006
Time: 8:00 p.m.
Place: San Francisco Brewing Company, 155 Columbus Ave., San Francisco, CA
Parking: Google suggests these garages. I can't vouch for any of them, as I've never used them. Since this is the North Beach, you probably do need to use a garage; street parking is scarce.
From BART: Get off at the Embarcadero station. It's a pleasant walk uphill, should you enjoy walking. Otherwise go to the northwest corner of Market and Front, then catch the 2 Clement.
From Caltrain: (Don't take Caltrain if you can avoid it. Trains run back at 10:00 p.m. and 11:59 p.m. only! Usually meetings run past 10:00.) From the station, take the N Judah to the Embarcadero station, then follow the directions from BART.
