For our next meeting, Zach Levow is giving a talk about building an anti-spam system using ActiveState's SpamAssassin, Postfix, and some other goodies. Zach's the VP of engineering for Barracuda Networks, which makes an appliance based on SpamAssassin.
This will be a somewhat sysadmin-oriented talk, but SpamAssassin is written in Perl, and I've asked Zach to focus on Perlish aspects of the software.
The meeting is at BGI as usual. See http://sf.pm.org/weblog for the details.
Barracuda has kindly offered to foot the bill for food. I plan to order north Indian. :) Hence...
RSVP: I am ordering food for this event; hence I need to know how many people are coming. RSVP to A HREF="mailto:qw@sf.pm.org?subject=SFPUG RSVP">Quinn Weaver (qw@sf.pm.org). If you show up without RSVP'ing, you won't get food.
Also, please include your name so I can fast-track you past building security.
